Amy is short, but makes up for it with her prickly attitude. She doesn't really seem to like anyone, though she tolerates Phil and Jer. Being difficult is what makes her truly happy. |

HannahConvinced that she and Dan are soulmates, Hannah constantly tries to get Dan to go out with her. When he relents, he usually regrets doing so. |

James
James is Phil's roommate. The owner of a somewhat popular cable TV station ("The Time Channel"), he seems to spend an unusual amount of time not working. He tends to gross out Phil with his public displays of affection towards Jen. |

JenJen works a retail job with Trudy. Shortly after being set up on a blind date with James, they married. She is James' muse and true love. As a newlywed, she sees nothing but the good in everything that James does. |

Jer
Jer works in a computer department with Phil and Rhett. He tends to hide a lot, but likes to instigate fights between Rhett and Amy. |

Phil
Phil is an aimless but harmless guy. He likes everyone and hates conflict. But he has an uncanny knack for infuriating Trudy, usually by saying something amazingly stupid. |

Rhett
Rhett seems to follow his own path. Much of what he does might not seem to make sense, but to him its all logical. Quite possibly has a crush on Amy. |

Trudy
Phil's long-suffering girlfriend. Trudy loves Phil, but sometimes her temper gets the best of her. She just shakes her head at most of the antics Phil and James pull.
